Welcome to Oleva Studio (“Oleva”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

including our websites, customer accounts, software products, downloads, licensing services, documentation, and customer support.

By accessing or using any Oleva service, creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading software, or activating a license, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Oleva

Oleva Studio is an independent digital product studio based in Vietnam.

We develop and distribute digital products, including WordPress plugins, themes, utilities, documentation, software updates, licensing services, and related customer support.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you use our services on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Accounts

Some services require an Oleva account.

Notify us of unauthorized account access.
Be responsible for activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, illegal activities, or violations of these Terms.

4. Google Sign-In

You may choose to authenticate using Google.

By doing so, you authorize Google to provide limited account information, such as your name, email address, profile image, and account identifier.

Oleva never receives or stores your Google password.

5. Products and Purchases

Product descriptions, pricing, license scope, support availability, and included services are presented before purchase.

Orders become effective only after successful payment processing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders involving fraud, payment failure, legal requirements, or obvious pricing errors.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or banking charges may apply depending on your payment provider and jurisdiction.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Oleva does not store complete payment card information.

7. Digital Delivery

Purchased products are generally delivered through:

Download page
Email confirmation

You are responsible for maintaining backups of downloaded files.

8. Software License

Many Oleva WordPress products are distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) or another applicable open-source license.

A commercial purchase provides access to services such as:

Official downloads
Automatic updates
License management
Documentation
Customer support

Your GPL rights remain governed by the applicable open-source license.

Expiration of commercial services does not revoke rights already granted under the GPL.

9. License Activation

Certain products require license activation for updates or hosted services.

Activation may transmit limited technical information, including:

License identifier
Product version
Website domain
WordPress version
PHP version
IP address

This information is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Product Updates

Updates may include:

Security improvements
Compatibility updates
Performance improvements
Feature enhancements

We do not guarantee perpetual updates or compatibility with every future software environment.

Always create backups before installing updates.

11. Support

Support is provided only for official Oleva products.

Support may include:

Installation assistance
Configuration guidance
Product bug investigation
License issues

Support generally does not include:

Custom development
Website design
Server administration
Third-party plugin debugging
Recovery of damaged websites

12. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining backups.
Verifying compatibility.
Testing significant changes before production deployment.
Keeping your hosting environment secure.

Oleva is not responsible for damage resulting from unsupported environments, third-party conflicts, incorrect configuration, or failure to maintain backups.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate applicable laws.
Distribute malware.
Attempt unauthorized access.
Abuse licensing services.
Circumvent license restrictions.
Interfere with our infrastructure.
Harass Oleva staff.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Oleva name, branding, documentation, website content, graphics, and other proprietary materials remain the property of Oleva Studio.

Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

15. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

While we strive to provide reliable software, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete compatibility, or error-free performance.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oleva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, data loss, or website downtime arising from the use of our products or services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if these Terms are violated or where necessary to protect our services, users, or legal interests.

Termination does not affect obligations arising before termination.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be published on our website with an updated “Last updated” date.

Continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of Vietnam, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
